Samsung Galaxy S23 receives April security update
Androidworld reader Eric informed us this morning of a new update for his Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. It concerns the April security update and it also rolls out to the Samsung Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23 Plus. Exactly which security problems Samsung has addressed is still unknown. Samsung’s Security Bulletin has not yet been updated, and Google has not yet announced any details.
What we do know is that the update is over 930 MB and that there is more than just the April security update. The update also contains this major camera update. For example, the shutter button issue has been resolved and Super Steady mode has been improved. In addition, photos taken in 50 MP or 200 MP mode are much sharper and you can immediately delete photos you just shot in the gallery app. Even if the software is still optimizing the photo.
