Samsung Galaxy S23+ appears in the very first renders
Samsung is working behind the scenes with the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. Reports about it have been around for a long time, now we also get an image of the S23+.
Galaxy S23+ renders
The first images of the Samsung Galaxy S23+ have been brought online. The company’s new high-end smartphone is pictured by leaker OnLeaks. He usually shares information and images more often, at an early stage. It is a first showing of the device and the release is certainly months away. It is therefore very possible that some things will change in design and specs.
Since the Galaxy S20, the design has remained quite the same until now, the S22 series. The thickened camera island is the most striking here. That seems to be going a little differently with the Galaxy S23 series. Instead of one camera island, we now see three separate lenses, as we had already seen a bit with the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The Samsung Galaxy S23+ will apparently have a 6.6-inch screen. The phone will be a fraction bigger. According to the source 157.7 x 76.1 x 7.6 millimeters. This is with the S22+; 157.4 x 75.8 x 7.6 millimeters. On the front are thin screen edges, a hole in the middle for the front camera and the volume and power button on the side of the device.
According to previous reports, the Samsung Galaxy S23+ will have a charging speed of only 25W, although it is possible that 45W will also be offered for the Plus, given the Galaxy S22+ also has this. Competitors are much faster in this. In addition, there is talk of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, or the Exynos 2200 processor. We will only get all the information later; possibly in January-February. Usually only then the new S-series is shown.
