Respawn sends vague signals about the fate of Titanfall -apkrig

For five years now, fans of the Titanfall series have been impatiently circling the Respawn studio, sending signals asking if they can expect the third episode. Not that they haven’t enjoyed the work of the people around Jason West and Vince Zampella in recent years – Apex Legends, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and VR branch of the Medal of Honor series have been released – but the Titanfall brand is just what Respawn started and everyone he feels that already the time has come. The fact is, however, that Respawn does not rush much into the continuation of the multiplayer shooter, which has been commented on several times by individual representatives of the studio in recent months. Community manager Jason Garza last commented on Titanfall’s future during a recent stream (around 30:40) and was relatively resolute. “Don’t have high hopes. I already said that. We are not working on anything. We have nothing. We have far too many other plans planned, “he commented on a direct question on Titanfall 3, and according to the comments below the stream, the players did not hide their disappointment.

Garza reacted to them several more times and tried to explain that his silence could potentially have to do with the fact that he could not talk publicly about the projects that were being created in the studio. However, combined with its resolute tone, it did not seem that Titanfall should be among them, either in the sense of a sequel or an improved version of the previous two parts. For a multiplayer action, which is still the case with Titanfall 2 little bit active, it probably wouldn’t even make sense, so we can only hope that Respawn will return to his first. And while Garza took away those hopes from the players, Respawn’s representatives tried to mitigate the impact of the community manager’s words and returned to the vague lure that no one had forgotten about Titanfall.

In response to the cited community stream, a short statement appeared on Respawn’s official social media accounts. “Contrary to what some people talk about, Titanfall is the core of our DNA. Who knows what the future will bring us, “say the developers and reap considerable attention. However, it is not explicitly positive, although celebrities led by Geoff Keighley also respond to the contribution. However, his answer probably does not suggest that we should suddenly learn about Titanfall 3, for example, at the Game Awards, especially when fans are reminded of the most important things. Although the second part was particularly successful in the evaluation of journalists and players, the game was probably unable to reach a large enough audience due to the great pressure from the well-established Battlefield and Call of Duty series, and as the developers themselves stated in 2017, it did not sell very well. This problem is one of the strongest arguments in deciding whether to continue a series or not, and it will most likely affect Titanfall as well.

The statements of the developers can thus be understood more as an effort to calm the situation and half-open the back door, if the view of the management or the publisher changes and in the future he is going to go towards the next work. But it is much more likely that Respawn will soon tell us about the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order or a completely different game.
