Poco X3 NFC gets MIUI 12.5 with July patch; Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S and 9 Pro with many improvements

Xiaomi and Poco are both rolling out major updates to multiple devices. A new MIUI 12.5 update, with new security update is ready for the Poco X3 NFC. A similar update is now also rolling out to Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 9S and 9 Pro.

Poco X3 NFC with MIUI 12.5

Poco is rolling out a new update for the Poco X3 NFC, several readers inform DroidApp. The smartphone is updated to MIUI 12.5 and it brings a series of improvements. Thanks to the new version of the MIUI skin, the smartphone should feel faster. In addition, gestures must be picked up more directly and the manufacturer has tackled several other changes. This update also brings the July patch.

Redmi Note 9S and 9 Pro

Another update is available for Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 9S and Redmi Note 9 Pro. The manufacturer also comes with the MIUI 12.5 update, but it differs from that of the Redmi Note 9 that already appeared this week. It is striking, for example, that the August update was included with that device; in the case of the Redmi Note 9S, that is the June update, Gertjan informs us. Gertjan says that his device is considerably faster and that the screen is much better.
