Peaks has a new design, easy investing for everyone (adv)

After five years, it was time to redesign the Peaks app. In 2017, the app started with a mission. The company wanted to make investing accessible and simple for everyone. At the start, investing was as simple as buying a cup of coffee and you could invest your change in the app. The app had a playful approach and revolved around small amounts. More than 130,000 people use the Peaks app to invest money, now with a new design.

With the new design, the app has become a lot more serious. The motto has also been changed to ‘Financially Forward’. That sounds very different from ‘investing with your change’. The design is inspired by the look of the old paper money as we once used it. The risk of an investment is indicated with waves from the implementation of the new design.

How does Peaks work?

Investing can be very simple. Download the Peaks app and create an account. Once installed, you can get started investing your money by choosing a number of funds. You can deposit and withdraw money at any time by using the +/- buttons. These are on the overview page where you can also see your balance. You can also set the app so that you automatically deposit an amount into your investment account in the app every week or month. This way you create your own piggy bank and you quickly have much more return than on a bank account.
