What alternatives to the Maestro bank card do you have? If you don’t want to do without your giro card, you can switch to Visa as an alternative. The cards are compatible with the Maestro counterpart V-Pay. On the maps, the feature is clearly marked with a blue V symbol. Or you prefer to opt for debit cards. This payment method is already widespread in Europe and allows cardholders to easily make cross-border cashless payments without the additional Maestro or V-Pay functions.
