OnePlus 10 Pro gets new OxygenOS 12 A.13 update with power improvements
OnePlus is rolling out a new update for the OnePlus 10 Pro. The high-end model gets OxygenOS 12 A.13 as an update, with improvements in power consumption and more.
OxygenOS 12 A.13 update for OnePlus 10 Pro
It took a while, but finally a new update is ready for the OnePlus 10 Pro. The latest update was rolled out for the manufacturer’s high-end model at release. A new update is now a fact and brings the device to version OxygenOS 12 A.13. Remarkable, since some regions have already started updating to A.15 as a software version. The update being rolled out now includes the April 2022 security update.
Looking at the changelog we see several improvements. These relate to the energy consumption in different circumstances, improvements for the fingerprint scanner and the audio processing. Furthermore, there are optimizations for the front camera and network stability. As we have already written in our OnePlus 10 Pro review, the improvements for the battery life are a welcome addition. Practice should show whether the battery life is indeed better after the update.
The update is now being rolled out to the smartphone.
