Nothing Phone (1): the presentation of the smartphone will be July 12
Nothing has unveiled the presentation date for the Phone (1), its first smartphone: it will be July 12. The appointment is given at 5 p.m. (French time).
“There is something wrong with new technologies. Forget everything you took for certain. It’s time for things to change. And it all starts with Phone (1)”indicates Nothing on his website. The presentation of the smartphone can be viewed online.
Nothing is a brand created by Carl Pei, the co-founder of OnePlus. It must be said that OnePlus has evolved over the years and has gradually lost its identity that was so appreciated at the beginning. Fans are hoping Nothing will pick up the slack when it comes to this point.
Technical characteristics have already leaked thanks to an appearance of the manual on Amazon in India:

According to another leak from a European retailer, the price will be around 500 euros. Nothing would therefore not compete with Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy S. The Phone (1) seems set to be a good mid-range smartphone and not a top-of-the-range one like the more expensive models from Apple and Samsung.
