Nokia announces new C32 and G22 for the Netherlands

Nokia announced three new smartphones in the weekend prior to the Mobile World Congress. These are the Nokia C22, C32 and the Nokia G22. The former will not appear in the Netherlands, we will see the other models in our country.

No new high-end or spectacular features in new devices; Nokia is taking it easy this year with the Mobile World Congress. The manufacturer presented three new smartphones before the start of the Mobile World Congress. Two of them will actually come to our country. They are the Nokia C32 and the Nokia G22. We list the details of the new devices.

Nokia C32

The Nokia C32 is the first C-series smartphone to find its way to the Netherlands. According to the manufacturer, the smartphone must offer the best photo quality of the C series. For this, the device has a 50 megapixel main camera and various algorithms that should improve the photo quality. All this despite the positioning in terms of price range in which the Nokia C32 is released. In addition to the main lens, we see a 2 megapixel macro lens.

On board the Nokia we find a 6.5 inch HD+ screen and you can choose from three colors; Charcoal, Autumn Green or Beach Pink. Nokia supplies the device with Android 13. The 5000 mAh battery can be charged with 10W. You can expand the memory of 64GB/128GB with a memory card.

The smartphone is available for 149 euros. The delivery starts from now on, but it may take a while until it is available everywhere. In the Netherlands, the device will be available in the 4GB/64GB configuration.

Nokia G22

We already know the G-series from Nokia in our country. The new Nokia G22 succeeds the previously released Nokia G21. HMD Global, which releases the Nokia devices, reports that the repairability of the phone is central to this model. Easy repair of the phone was the starting point of the device. The Nokia G22 is a 4G smartphone with a Unisoc T606 chipset. We also see a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main camera and two 2MP lenses for macro and depth. The 5050 mAh battery can be charged with 20W. Nokia also provides the Nokia G22 with a 3.5 millimeter connection for listening to music.

With the Nokia G22 you can be sure of two Android upgrades and monthly security updates for three years. Very special is that the device comes with Android 12.
