Nintendo officially introduced a new version of its Switch game console yesterday. In recent months, there has been speculation that the Pro variant will come, which will offer better performance, but this has not happened yet. The new version has a larger display, which is now OLED, more storage, better speakers and a new design.

The Nintendo Switch received an OLED display
As already mentioned, the main novelty is 7 ″ OLED display. The original version had a 6.2 ″ IPS LCD panel, but the resolution remained the same 1280 x 720 pixels. This is quite understandable, as it could have a higher resolution Nvidia Tegra X1 chipset problem. The rear stand, which can be adjusted to more positions, has also been improved. Another improvement concerns the speakers, but Nintendo did not provide any details. They are simply better. The overall dimensions are 241 x 102 x 14 mm and weighs 422 grams with the controls.
