New Xbox feature: Microsoft update mimics PS4 feature
The new Microsoft update finally gives Xbox fans a feature that PlayStation users have been able to access for six years: Starting this month, you can view previously secret achievements on your Xbox.
The June update for the Xbox Series X|S finally lets you a look at the secret achievements and trophies of your favorite games catch them in order to be able to unlock them much more easily. This gives you the opportunity to reveal the name, description and gamer score for the previously hidden in-game achievements.
Xbox update follows PlayStation trophies five years later
With the new update, you can finally take a look at the conditions you need to meet to earn secret achievements in your Xbox games. You can easily use the new achievement feature while gambling. All you have to do is go to the guide and access the list of achievements. There you can then select which information of the secret trophies revealed should be.
PlayStation fans will be familiar with this option: Already Since 2016, gamers have had the opportunity on the PS4 and now also on the PS5to view the descriptions for secret achievements in order to better get the coveted platinum trophies.
Microsoft: Further improvements are to follow
In addition to the practical achievement reveal, the June patch should also help with future game updates. In the announcement, Eden Marie, Principal Software Engineering Lead at Xbox, promises that Updates are now found faster and more reliably and should be carried out. (Source: Xbox)
