Bumble
It’s a bit of a contentious choice: the only time we wrote about Bumble was that it’s one of those dating apps that doesn’t care too much about privacy. So be aware of this if you want to try this ground-breaking dating app. Bumble was developed by someone behind Tinder, but then the big difference is that it is up to the woman to start the conversation with a match.
In principle, the app has been available in the Netherlands for a long time: since 2014, but it has only been going fast with the app for a few years. It’s the same swiping you know from Tinder, but then the women have a bit more to do. So it’s not so much just for relationships or just for one night stands: it’s up to you what you want with it (and of course up to your match).

Picturethis
Picturethis sounds like a Get the Picture-esque puzzle game, but it’s not at all. It is an app that allows you to recognize plants. For a recognition app, the name could have been a bit more recognizable, but it works like a train. It is not without reason that it is such a popular app: it has more than 70 million users.
You can take a picture of a plant or flower and the app will find the type and provide you with all kinds of information: the name, background and care tips, for example. This way you will immediately know how to take care of your new green friend. It is available in Dutch, so that even if English is not your thing, you can still get further with your plants.

Holy Bible
We’ve talked about Ramadan quite recently, of course, but that’s not the only religion for which apps exist. There is also the Holy Bible. If you have nothing to do with Christianity, you can ignore this app, but this is a very popular copy among believers. That’s because new content is added daily to help you apply the Bible.
It’s nice to be busy with the Bible in such a digital way: you can read online, get new verses every day and you can even take a Bible quiz to keep your knowledge about this religion up to date. It also includes an offline Bible, so you can continue reading even if there is no data or WiFi.

Nothing Weather
We know Nothing of course from the earplugs and the telephone, but secretly also from its striking house style. Its own Nothing font is very well known, the photography of devices with animals against a white or black background is very recognizable and that makes this weather app from the company very charming. Even if you don’t have a Nothing phone, you can use this one.
The app is especially fun in this weather, because it shows cute suns. Furthermore, the app is typically Nothing: minimalist, quiet and at the same time nice and tech and modern. You can receive notifications about the weather and weather forecasts from all kinds of major cities.
