Netflix has released a trailer for season 2 of the popular series ‘Bridgerton’. The series returns for its second season on March 25. Netflix has released the trailer for the upcoming season, revealing the new love story that will unfold over the next eight episodes.

Season one of the Netflix series was created by Chris Van Dusen and produced by Van Dusen, Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers. It was Netflix’s biggest hit, with a record 82 million households worldwide watching the series in its first month of release. This was after December 25, 2020. Bridgerton remains the most popular show on the streaming platform to this day.
If we watch the trailer, which is below, Bridgerton season two is sure to attract another record number of viewers. There’s a new exciting storyline, with Jonathan Bailey and Simone Ashley as the star couple of the season.
second season
The upcoming season focuses on Lord Anthony Bridgerton, played by Jonathan Bailey, the eldest of the Bridgerton siblings and head of the family. As the trailer shows, it’s his mother, Lady Violet Bridgerton, played by Ruth Gemmell, who announces to Ton’s eager young wives that her son plans to find a wife this season. But, as the Viscount emphasizes, it is only out of duty to his family that he considers getting married.
He has no interest in falling in love. So he tries to find his bride using his brain, not his heart. However, Lady Bridgerton would rather her son marry for love, as she did with her late husband. The trailer shows Anthony having to face the death of his father.
