This Ministerial application provides you with advice, useful numbers, local or thematic news, as well as a map of the units. You will also be able to access the gendarmerie and police chats.

A gendarme or a policeman accompanies you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The objective of this new tool is to respond as quickly as possible to your various questions and requests, while simplifying your exchanges with the Police and the Gendarmerie.

The application completes the usual offer of the Police and the Gendarmerie. The interface presents you with four tabs:

– Useful numbers

On these pages, various features are available to you:
– All emergency numbers.
– Online pre-complaint and reporting services.
– Administrative procedures.
– Local and/or thematic news that concerns you.
– A map of reception points, police stations and gendarmerie brigades around you, as well as their contact details and opening hours.
– A 24/7 chat service with a gendarme or a policeman.
– Safety or prevention advice sheets on the themes that interest you (housing, family, road safety, digital, harassment, sexual and gender-based violence, etc.).

! In case of emergency, the call to 17 remains imperative!

In addition to the implementation of the complaint outside the walls launched in mid-November 2021 by the Minister of the Interior, an additional service for taking complaints by videoconference is being created within the services of the National Police. This innovative device will work thanks to a remote service accessible to users from France Connect. It is intended to be open to the public at the end of 2022.
