Motorola Edge 30 Pro: first renders and specifications

New images have appeared of the Motorola Edge 30 Pro, the successor to the current Edge 20 Pro. The smartphone gets a high-end chipset and fast charging. What can we expect?

Motorola Edge 30 Pro is coming

The Motorola Edge 30 Pro is in the news. Motorola’s new smartphone should replace the current Motorola Edge 20 Pro. In China, the device has already been announced as the Edge X30, and the specifications of the European variant are expected to be almost the same.

A source shared information on Twitter about what to expect from the new smartphone. This means that we can expect a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz. There is a 60 megapixel selfie camera on the front and a triple camera on the back. These are a 50 megapixel main lens, 50 megapixel wide-angle lens and a 2 megapixel depth lens. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen. Striking is the 5000 mAh battery that can be charged very quickly; with 68 watts. The back will be glass, memory configurations of up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

According to the information, Motorola would like to announce the smartphone on February 2, so next week. Whether that also means that we can expect the smartphone in the Netherlands is unknown. The current generation appeared in July 2021.
