MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition is aimed at global phones
Xiaomi has started updating some of its phones to MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition already August 13 and global phones are also expected to be updated. The company announced it today and so far it applies to nine different models.

The improved version of MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition was introduced in December, it contains fixes for some bugs as well as improvements. However, the Chinese giant focused mainly on optimization and longer battery life. New feature Atomic Memory optimizes the use of RAM so that the phone can run multiple applications in the background. It also decreased chipset (processor) usage by up to 15% and total consumption by up to 8%.
