Microsoft launches an Xbox refrigerator. Yes really!
Microsoft is launching the Xbox Mini-Fridge at E3, a small refrigerator that is identical at first glance to the Xbox Series X.
E3 is not only the stage for unprecedented brutal games but also for jokes. At least, that’s what you would think when Microsoft announces an Xbox refrigerator. But the Xbox Mini-Fridge is certainly no joke. The mantra Xbox and Chill is also funny, but certainly applicable. The only drawback we can spot so far is the fact that the refrigerator will only be released in the winter of 2021.
Xbox Mini Fridge Fridge
In the trailer below, Xbox uses the bombastic format of the Series X reveal, but this time it’s all about a fridge. The gadget basically has nothing to do with gaming, although there are plenty of drinks aimed at gamers. You can now keep it nice and cool.
Ideally, of course, if you put the Xbox fridge next to your actual Xbox Series X. “Do you have two Xbox consoles?” your friends yell. Without giving up your serious look, you open one of the Xboxes, grab a pint and drink it before your actual Xbox has started up. Then you have to be able to work down a beer within 25 seconds. Yes, that’s how fast the Xbox Series X boots up.
In the video we see 10 small (330 milliliters) cans in the fridge. It is therefore not a replacement for your regular refrigerator, but more intended for your gaming room, of course with Xbox Series X. It is not yet known how much the gadget will cost.
