M1: Apple lists creative and production apps compatible with the Apple Silicon chip
The first ones MacBook under chip Apple Silicon have largely hit the technological headlines since their presentation. Apple has already warned that the phase of transition to processors ARM would last about 2 years, but publishers don’t seem to want to wait until then. Of Lightroom Passing by OmniFocus or Transmit, most of the professional tools for creation, production or development have tune in with the new chip. Just to clarify things, Apple has just published the list of M1 compatible software and pro tools and of course available in the Mac App Store.
There are many classics and / or essentials classified in 4 major categories, namely ” To create ”,“ To stay productive ”,“ To develop ”, and the“ Essential apps and tools ”. We will not mention all the names in the list here (See you on the Apple page), but we still note that the essential is there. Pixelmator Pro, djay, Ulysses, Fantastical, Omnigraffe, Transmit, Twitter, Instapaper and many others therefore work natively under Apple Silicon M1. The performance gains should be substantial.
