In the cover photo, Lindsay wears a black cut dress, showing off her gorgeous belly. “I can’t wait to see what it feels like and what it’s like to be a mother,” she says in the interview with the beauty magazine.

Deeper happiness

In her cover interview with Allure Lindsay talks extensively about her pregnancy. She’s been crying a lot lately, whether it’s simple gestures or something bigger like a baby shower: ‘Tears of happiness. That’s just who I am,” she says. “Though it’s probably baby emotion now.” Of the pregnancy itself, she says, “It’s overwhelming, but in a good way.”

“Guess?”

Lindsay married Bader Shammas, assistant vice president at Credit Suisse, in 2022. Later that year, she was in New York and told her mother that she noticed something was different. She took a test and actually immediately it became clear that she tested positive. “I walked into the room, I threw down the test. I was like, “Guess what?” He says, “We are?” And we were. More than five weeks.’
