The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max may get a larger screen than their predecessors this fall. You probably need a magnifying glass to see it, because the differences are very small.
Read on after the ad.
‘Larger screen for iPhone 14 Pro (Max)
Just like their predecessors, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will have a display of rounded 6.1 and 6.7 inches. Still, the screens are probably slightly larger than those of the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max.
The reliable insider Ross Young says the iPhone 14 Pro’s screen will be 6.12 inches in size. On the 13 Pro, that’s still 6.06 inches. The iPhone 14 Pro Max will soon have a 6.69-inch screen. That’s 0.01 inches taller than the 13 Pro Max. You will probably not see the difference on the Max, but it does indicate that Apple is taking care of the design of its smartphones.
According to Young, the differences are the result of a new design. The edges of the iPhone 14 Pro become thinner and, moreover, the notch disappears. Instead, we get a controversial design with two holes in the screen. As a result, the displays grow a bit.
What we already know about the iPhone 14 Pro (Max)
