ING Banking malfunction: problem with payments
Something is currently going wrong with the processing of payments at ING. As a result, transferring money is not possible.
ING Banking malfunction
ING customers who want to do banking via their telephone are encountering a technical malfunction. Allestoringen.nl shows that the problems started around 09:00. Customers indicate on Twitter that they receive the following message when transferring from the checking to the savings account even though everything has been filled in correctly: “One or more fields appear to be incorrect.”
The ING bank is aware of this and apologizes for it: “We are doing our utmost to resolve this as quickly as possible!” The ING website also shows that there are problems with payments. There it is indicated that something is currently going wrong with the processing of payments and that this is taking longer than usual. The bank is now working to resolve it, so that it will soon work as it should.
