ING Banking is experiencing disruption (20 April 2022)
ING Bank customers are having problems logging in to the ING Mobile Banking app. The bank’s service is experiencing an outage that started this morning.
Malfunction at ING
In a world where we do everything with the smartphone, a malfunction is the last thing you want. ING customers now suffer from this. Due to a malfunction at the bank itself, it is not possible to log in to the ING Mobile Banking app. The outage started this morning and is still ongoing. Customers would also experience problems logging into the website.
(Mobile) payments are possible, but not just logging in. ING says it is aware of the malfunction and is working on a solution. It is currently unknown when the malfunction will be resolved.
