This application is dedicated to balancing recipes for ice creams, sorbets and their variants. It should be noted that knowledge of ice cream is preferable in order to make the best use of this application, which can be described as a calculator.



Available headings:
– Ice cream: Design and balancing by automatic calculation of ice cream recipes and variants. A database of ingredients, of some recipes, is integrated.
– Sorbet: Repeats the same process as the development of ice cream recipes, while using the balancing percentages that are specific to it. The functions are identical.
– Analytical table: Presents an analytical table in the form of an evolving and drop-down table. Possibility to load the ingredients provided with their characteristics, or to modify them, or even to create them.
– Miscellaneous tools: Part that will evolve according to the needs reported by users.

This last section offers:
– A part of foodpairing to find associations of ingredients.
– A tool to calculate, determine and record the fruit ratio “whole fruit / pulp”. This in order to be able to determine the quantity of fruit to be provided according to the quantity of pulp required. Ability to save your own fruits and percentages.
– Small tool giving the theoretical heat pump according to a given service temperature.

The loading times of the screens of each part can be more or less long depending on the mobile, this being due to the very large quantity of variables to load… this is normal. Each page header displays a question mark in its title which, once clicked, opens an explanatory text.
