Headphones with aptX Adaptive support
Premium manufacturer of audio equipment Sennheiser comes to market with new TWS headphones Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless. According to the portal Engadget offer the aptX Adaptive code as well as Active Noise Canceling (ANC).
For the first time with the aptX Adaptive code
The Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless has a similar design to the previous CX and CX 400BT True wireless models. However, the touch control on their body has a square shape. High-quality audio output is ensured by TrueResponse converters, which are manufactured directly at the company’s German headquarters. I will offer balanced sound in the entire frequency band 5 Hz – 21,000 Hz.
There is also the now active active suppression of ambient noise (ANC), which also includes a transparent mode for communication with the environment without the need to remove headphones from the ear. The Bluetooth 5.2 interface with support for AAC and aptX codecs will take care of the connection with Android. A novelty is the addition of the aptX Adaptive code, which selects the optimal bit rate according to the content being played and can also handle the synchronization of audio with the image of videos or games.
Excellent endurance and resistance to splashing water
Endurance on a single charge is also excellent. According to the manufacturer, it should be up to 8 hours. After recharging via the charging case, the endurance climbs to a great 24 hours. Athletes will certainly appreciate that the headphone body is IPX4 certified. This guarantees resistance to splashing water and sweat. However, be sure not to go to the pool or the sea with headphones.
Advanced headphone settings are made by the user via the Sennheiser Smart Control application. Of course, there is also support for Google Assistant and Apple Siri. The Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless headphones will go on sale in the USA in black and white on September 28. Their official price is $ 179.95, which is $ 50 more than the classic CX model. The price for the European market has not been announced yet.
