Google Translate gets a new look for Material You
Google Translate is one of the applications that did not switch to the Material Theme design and will immediately follow the Material You, when its design dates back to 2014, when the first generation of Material Design was introduced. So far, the change only applies to the new Pixels.
Google Translate receives Material You design
New versions of Google Translate have appeared on Google Play today – 6.25.0.02.404801591which is shown to some users in a brand new jacket. Of course, the biggest change is the presence of a function Dynamic Colorwhich adjusts the colors to match the rest of the system. At the bottom you will find buttons for translation from the camera or voice translation. The rest then looks very similar to the old version.
Interestingly, the recently introduced Google Pixel 5a has not received an update yet. If you happen to have a new design available on your phone, please let us know in the comments.
How do you like the new design?
