Google Photos gets useful improvements: organize faster

A new update to the Google Photos app for Android brings some useful improvements to the app. These improvements relate to organizing, sorting, and sharing photos.

Google Photos: Organizing Easier

A new server-side update to the Google Photos app for Android makes organizing easier and faster. Where you can find the options so far at the top of the screen, they are moved to the bottom of the screen. This allows you to select the option you want faster.

At the top of the screen you can see the amount of selected photos. When you scroll down when selecting photos, we see the following improvement. You will immediately be presented with a number of contacts with whom you can share the photos.

The improvements in the new version are automatically activated on the server side in the Google Photos app. You do not have to download a new update from the Google Play Store for this.
