Galaxy S23 series users are experiencing problems with Android Auto
Several users of the Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra report problems with their smartphone when they want to use Android Auto. Previously, similar problems already surfaced with the Galaxy S22 series.
Galaxy S23: Android Auto issues
Problems are noticed on the internet with the Samsung Galaxy S23 series in combination with Android Auto. The issue is being reported on both Reddit and Google’s own support forum. The problem seems to affect the Galaxy S23, the Galaxy S23+ and the Galaxy S23 Ultra, but not every user experiences the problems. The three models show similar problems with Android Auto, as previously experienced with the Galaxy S22 series. With the Galaxy S23 series, some users are complaining about no connection or unstable connection. With this, users experience problems with anything that works through Android Auto, such as navigating or listening to music.
It is not known what causes the problem that affects several users. Google will collect the reports in order to be able to offer a solution for those with a Galaxy S23 in the long term. In some cases, the problem seems to be solved by making a Bluetooth connection between the car and the smartphone in advance with the car.
