First Battlefield 2042 images leaked
The first images of Battlefield 2042 have been leaked after all. Take a quick look, because publisher EA is working hard to remove it from the internet.
Leaking images can be good for marketing. But then there must be a strategy behind it and it must be leaked by the company itself. That is not the case now, as images of the upcoming game Battlefield 2042 have been leaked on video platforms. The images are probably from the Technical Playtest.
First images Battlefield 2042
The Technical Playtest started this week. The publisher Electronic Arts (EA) is now working hard to get all the images off the internet. This works fine, but there are still a lot of screenshots and images of the game on some platforms. For example on Reddit and the first images show, among other things, the new vehicles and gadgets. There is also a ‘plus menu’ that allows players to customize their weapons. Very cool!
It is not entirely illogical that the images have been leaked. There are many players in the Technical Playtest. Yes, EA banned anyone from taking and sharing images. Yet someone has done this. Despite the fact that EA has done everything to prevent this, among other things by giving each user a watermark with a unique code and username.
Test environment
EA is doing this to test the game’s infrastructure with many players at the same time. There will most likely be a lot of adjustments here, after which a beta version of the game will come. The current test lasts until August 16, so perhaps even more will be leaked now. Earlier this week, EA released a short film. These images show the story of Battlefield 2042. The game does not come with a single player storyline.
If all goes well, the Battlefield will hit stores on October 22.
