Far Cry 7 is supposed to be a model of AC Infinity live service game -apkrig

Although fans may have celebrated the release of Far Cry 6 only recently, there is already speculation about a sequel. When he arrives is not clear at the moment, but his appearance is reported by journalist Jeff Grubb of the GamesBeat portal, who – as usual – refers to his own resources close to Ubisoft. According to them, the seventh part is to be a live service title and, together with Assassin’s Creed Infinity, conceived, to underline the French publisher’s entry into a new era. In addition to free to play titles, he was seen in the games for which enough to create a kernel gradually filled with paid content and to come up with larger updates or completely new versions within a few years.

The rebirth of the premium Far Cry series into a live service affair is to go hand in hand with the confirmed departure of longtime producer Dan Haye, who is leaving Ubisoft after more than 10 years. However, according to Jeff Grubb, his departure should not be a reaction to changes in the approach to the brand, given that Hay had to initiate a live service model for Far Cry himself some time ago. “Hay has been overseeing Far Cry’s main team for the past five years. Until his departure, he worked on the next part of the series, which Ubisoft intends to present as a live service title, “says Jeff Grubb. GamesBeat then asked Ubisoft directly to leave, and the spokesman confirmed the changes to the production position.

“After more than ten years at Ubisoft, Dan Hay is heading for a new chapter in his professional life and is leaving on November 12,” said the publisher’s deputy. In his brief statement, he appreciates Hay’s contribution and underlines that he was at the birth of one of the most popular series in the company’s history. “Although Dan has not announced where his journey will take him, we are convinced that he will offer him the new challenges and experiences he seeks and deserves,” the spokesman added. After Hay, Sandra Warren takes over the production reins from the Montreal branch, who will be able to rely on collaboration with other producers and a game directory from other offices around the world. The result of their joint efforts can really be a large content headquarters, to which new adventures, challenges and missions will come through expansion.

This is exactly the form of the above-mentioned Assassin’s Creed Infinity, which Ubisoft officially confirmed this July. The basic platform is to be established in Montreal and Quebec, and according to an Ubisoft spokesman, the project aims to exceed the expectations of fans and especially to satisfy those who called for a more comprehensive approach and closer integration of the entire universe. As journalist Jason Schreier commented in July, the symbiosis of the two teams is intended to end years of fighting for the Assassin’s Creed brand and enable the full potential of individual employees working on a clearly defined and long-term goal. “An online platform inspired by hits like Fortnite or Grand Theft Auto V can entertain players for years, thanks to changes in content and gaming experience,” Schreier added, and similar words are likely to apply to Far Cry.
