“The Thundering Wilderness is one of the daily missions that you can get randomly in the Inazuma region. You should examine unusual places with electrical energy and remove the resulting electron mist.

The three places with electron nebulae are also marked on the map, but you cannot interact with the purple glowing electron nebulae when you approach. Even normal attacks cannot eliminate them. So a different approach is necessary here.

You will get an indication of the solution if you read the text in the quest log carefully. Here it is mentioned that you could use the anemo-power to disperse the fog. You also need a character with the anemo power for this quest. So use, for example, the traveler (s), Jean, Venti, sucrose or Xiao.

Then approach the spots with electron fog and use the elemental attack of your anemo character to disperse the fog. Then watch out, because enemies can appear to attack you or elementary area attacks strike at the point. So don’t stop, keep moving.

Now go to the two remaining places with electron fog and proceed in the same way there in order to successfully complete the daily mission.
