downloadable from Play Store
Nothing is the relatively new brand of Carl Pei, former co-founder of OnePlus. During the event in March it was announced that the Nothing Launcher would be released for Android, which has now happened.
Nothing Launcher
You can now download the first version of the Nothing Launcher in the Google Play Store; a launcher that will also be found on the first smartphone of the new brand. In March of this year it was announced that Nothing will come with its own phone in the summer. To hype things up a bit, you can already download the launcher on various Android devices.
The Nothing Launcher can be set up via the settings menu after downloading, so not immediately in a more convenient way. It is quite a minimalistic launcher with several options. This way you can quickly find apps with the search function at the top of the menu. You can use different options that we know from other launchers, and there are several custom widgets.
There’s support for custom icon packs, and you can resize app icons so you’ll never miss them again. The Nothing Launcher will soon work for OnePlus devices. You can already use it if you have a device from the Samsung Galaxy S21 or S22 series, the Pixel 5 or the Pixel 6. It is currently in beta and a final version will be released later.
