Cyberpunk 2077: CD Projekt is the target of a second complaint
CD Projekt, which develops Cyberpunk 2077, is the subject of a second complaint in the United States from its investors. They accuse the studio of not having been completely sincere with the state of development of the game given the launch which was anything but positive.
The first complaint against CD Projekt was filed by a law firm in New York, it dates back to the end of 2020. The second, that of the day, comes from a firm in California. CD Projekt Explain that the investors behind this attack did not specify the damages they wanted. “The company will take vigorous action to defend itself against any such claim”, specifies the Cyberpunk 2077 studio.
Investors behind the first complaint against CD Projekt criticized the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Cyberpunk 2077. These are bad on several levels. They weren’t ready, but CD Projekt didn’t say anything on the subject and even started marketing. The studio has received an overwhelming number of reviews for this. Of course, investors are not happy.
CD Projekt has promised several updates for Cyberpunk 2077. The studio seeks to satisfy the players (and incidentally the investors at the origin of the complaint). A few have already emerged. Others will arrive throughout 2021. In particular, there will be the update with the PS5 and Xbox Series X / S versions.
