Chester’s son puts conspiracy theorists in their place
Strange conspiracy theories about his demise have been circulating online since the Linkin Park singer died. Now Chester Bennignton’s own son speaks up.

In 2017, the rock and metal world was rocked when it was revealed that the Linkin Park singer had tragically died by suicide. Chester Bennington left a wife and three children.
Now his eldest son, Tyler Bennington, is publicly addressing a conspiracy theory surrounding his father’s death. That’s how he reacts to you insensitive comment, which a user posted under a TikTok video of the 17-year-old. In it, the alleged Linkin Park fan writes:
“Your father didn’t kill himself! But I think you know that! Your father was a hero to many, he did good in this world. And they didn’t like it.”
Exactly who is meant by “they” is not specified. aliens, the Illuminati – choose it yourself.
For his tender age of 17, however, Tyler reacted very confidently to the comment. In a reply video, he says he’s blocking the comment’s author for dealing with such comments don’t want to mess around. He further states that comments of this nature are highly inappropriate and that there is no evidence whatsoever to support such claims.
In other TikToks on his profile, Tyler is also openly professing that mental health is an important issue. After all, his father had battled depression for years before taking his own life in 2017.
He processes his grief over the death of his father, as well as his love for him, in other TikToks and thus touches hearts countless Linkin Park fans – but apparently also has to deal with some strenuous characters.
