You end up in the run-down small town of Go-Go Town and have one goal: repair everything, rebuild and finally manage. You do this with an Animal Crossing-like avatar in the third person perspective. So Go-Go-Town is not a construction simulation, at least not in the classic sense.
Instead of this you cut down trees, devote yourself to the popular farming, go fishing or quarry materials such as stone: So Go-Go Town is definitely more anchored in the farming sim genre, although management joins in. According to the Steam homepage, throughout the game you will have to decide which shops to build, who will run them and how money will be made there. At the same time you can Manage city residentsby letting them cut down trees or hire them for other work.
It is not yet clear how much management sim and how much farming sim in Go-Go Town! get stuck. Developer Prideful Sloth wants to collect feedback from the community throughout the year in order to further develop the game accordingly. The Release is not planned before 2024namely on Steam, on the Nintendo Switch and on other possible platforms.
