99 cents are almost too little for this game: the excellent Limbo is currently available in the Nintendo eShop with a massive discount of 90 percent. Actually, 9.99 euros have to be put on the table for the dark adventure puzzle. But the deal doesn’t last long.

The Limbo, which has won over 90 awards, is currently significantly reduced in price in the Nintendo eShop. Normally, players are asked to checkout with 9.99 euros. through the strong Discount of 90 percent 99 cents are now enough for the Nintendo Switch version. Prospective buyers shouldn’t think twice because, as usual, the deal is only valid for a few days. But there is still time until April 3 (Source: Nintendo).

Limbo is one Mixture of adventure puzzle and platformer. Unlike many other jump-and-runs, Limbo is much darker, which is also noticeable in the recommended age from 16 years in Germany. The game is almost entirely in black and white, which goes well with the foggy mood and atmosphere of the forest. Slight horror elements are to be expected. There are no complex film sequences or a big story. If you like minimalistic games, you will definitely enjoy Limbo.

Over the years, independent Danish development studio Playdead has received many awards for Limbo. It has been featured by various media including as “Best Download”, “Best Indie Game” and “Best Puzzle Game” designated. It was even named GameReactor’s “Digital Game of the Year” when it was released. Some journalists have drawn comparisons to German expressionism and film noir.
