The announcements concerning CES 2022 are starting to accumulate and we now expect to discover some very nice innovations. The event, which will take place both online and in person in Las Vegas, will focus on the automotive sector. In total, they are no less than 55,000 square meters which will be allocated to industry, enough to allow manufacturers to fully unveil their new technologies.
Among the latter, we will find among others Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai and General Motors, but it is indeed BMW which is likely to attract all eyes. The German firm will take advantage of the event to unveil its iX M60, a worthy heir to the iX xDrive50, which will incorporate an innovation that promises to impress more than one. Change the color of your car as you see fit
BMW has remained relatively quiet about this technology. It is hardly if we know that the manufacturer did not opt for a pearl paint, but on the contrary developed a whole device leaving full control over the appearance of your car. In addition to its aesthetic qualities, this innovation could therefore prove particularly useful in the military field.
No more is known about the technology at the moment, although we imagine that it should not be available immediately, in addition to probably costing some money. On the other hand, we know that the iX M60 will be equipped witha battery pack of 111.5 kWh and a dual motor of 516 horsepower. BMW is also announcing a “State-of-the-art on-board cinema experience”, for which more information is not available.
We will therefore have to wait for the January 5, 2022 to know more. By then, Intel and AMD have already made an appointment with enthusiasts on January 4, most certainly to present their new respective processors.
