Beta 4 for iOS 15.4, macOS 12.3, watchOS 8.5 and tvOS 15.4
Apple has just released beta 4 (build 19E5235a) of iOS 15.4 on iPhone and iPadOS 15.4 on iPad. It comes a week after the previous version and is intended for the moment reserved for developers. The public beta should logically arrive tomorrow.
Beta 4 available for iOS 15.4
The previous beta was an opportunity to have new filters in Apple’s Podcasts application. It also added support for the French vaccination pass in the Cartes et Santé applications, as well as the downloading of iOS updates in 4G. There is also Safari which no longer saves a password if it is not accompanied by a user name. There is currently no information about what’s new in Beta 4.
If your device is set up to receive developer betas, go to Settings > General > Software Update. You will be able to download beta 4 of iOS 15.4.
In addition, Apple offers the fourth beta of macOS 12.3 (build 21E5222a) on Mac, watchOS 8.5 (build 19T5238a) on Apple Watch and tvOS 15.4 (build 19L5436a) on Apple TV. Again, each version is currently in the hands of the developers. The equivalent public beta should arrive in the evening or tomorrow.
When will we be entitled to the final version of each operating system? This will normally be in March. A release around March 8 is a possibility, knowing that Apple would organize a keynote on this date to notably announce its new iPhone SE.
