Apple TV + announces Surfside Girls, a new series
Apple TV + announcement today a series which for name Surfside Girls. It will be aimed more at children and families in general, according to the streaming service.
A new youth series for Apple TV +
Surfside Girls is a series of adventures with YaYa Gosselin and Miya Cech as Sam and Jade, two best friends who set out to save their town. Sam and Jade can’t wait to spend their summer surfing the waves and soaking up the sunshine. Until they meet a ghost. The two girls dive head first into a mystery about a pirate ship and a cursed treasure believed to lie beneath the cliff at Danger Point, so dear to Surfside. After meeting a pirate ghost named Remi, Sam wants to help him break the curse while Jade is determined to find a scientific explanation for the ghosts’ existence. To solve the mystery, Sam and Jade will have to combine their very different approaches to logic and imagination. Together, they are determined to connect the clues, solve the mystery and save Surfside… and maybe they will help a couple of ghost pirates along the way.
Series Surfside Girls on Apple TV + is based on the book of the same name by Kim Dwinell. There will be 10 episodes in total. There is no information on the availability date or the rest of the cast.
