Apple is hosting a macro photo contest with the iPhone 13 Pro
Apple announcement organize the 2022 edition of its Shot on iPhone Challenge, which this time concerns macro photos taken with an iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 Pro Max. It takes place until February 16.
A photo contest for Apple and the iPhone 13 Pro
Those who want to enter the macro photo contest must take a nice shot with their iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 Pro Max and then post the result on Twitter, Instagram or Weibo with the hashtags #ShotoniPhone and #iPhonemacrochallenge. We must also mention the model of the iPhone. And for those who are not on social networks or prefer an alternative, it is possible to send their photos by e-mail to the address shotoniphone@apple.com. The name of the photo must be in the form firstname_lastname_macro_modelofiphone (example: tim_cook_macro_iphone13promax) and the subject of the e-mail must be “Shot on iPhone Macro Challenge Submission”.
Apple says photos can be original or edited with the Photos app on iOS or a third-party app from the App Store. Also, participants must be at least 18 years old.
Upon arrival, several experts will analyze the photos sent by users and will choose the ten best. These will be posted on Apple’s website, Instagram account (@apple), and other company accounts. Also, the photos could possibly appear in certain advertisements, whether in Apple Stores, outdoors, online, or even in exhibitions.
