The Android app “Photo Motion”, which is called “Foto Motion & Photo Animator” in the German Google Play Store, is currently available for download free of charge. For some users, the app works perfectly and you can make nice changes to your photos, for other users nothing works or only very slowly. It should also depend very much on the smartphone and its performance. Since the Android app is currently offered free of charge, you can try it out. If the application is no good, you can simply delete it again.

At least the idea behind it is great. My Pixel 6 Pro occasionally adds a motion effect to photos on its own. The result is impressive if the image quality and the motif are right. If the Android app only works rudimentarily, you can upgrade pictures properly.
