Albert Heijn comes with handy ‘AH Wear’ app for the smartwatch

If you have a smartwatch with Wear OS, you can now download the AH Wear app from the Google Play Store. The application on your watch can come in handy when shopping at Albert Heijn.

Especially for those who already have their hands full when doing the shopping, the blue colored supermarket presents a handy solution. It is the AH Wear app, an application from Albert Heijn for your smartwatch. The application can now be downloaded from the Google Play Store and offers several advantages. You no longer have to grab your smartphone, but everything can simply be displayed on the screen of the smart watch.

We installed the application immediately, of course. It is clear that the app is really not finished yet, which is also indicated, because it is a pilot of Albert Heijn. A verification code does not arrive by e-mail, but fortunately by text message. When opening the Bonus card we get an error message and the app sometimes crashes. There will probably be an update for this soon. The smartwatch app gives you the option to view your shopping list on the home screen. You can also keep track of this via the website or the Appie app. You can immediately check off groceries while shopping. You can therefore also scan your Bonus card from the screen of the watch. You also gain insight into your saved sales stamps and you do not have to grab the app to have it paid out at the cash register. After paying, you can open the gate at the Self-Scan exit with your watch, Albert Heijn says.
