According to the new trailer, Bayonetta 3 will be released next year -apkrig

The four years of waiting for Bayonetta 3 are almost over. Developers from the PlatinumGames studio finally showed the first gameplay trailer at yesterday’s Nintendo presentation, following the announcement from 2017, and pleased enduring fans who in the past doubted the fate of the third part of this very stylish hack’n’slash event. Almost four minutes of shots represent several cutscenes, the main character herself with a changed form and, most importantly, a lot of fights in which demons play a major role. In addition, this time we will be able to directly control them in Bayonetta’s skin and thus experience even more spectacular skirmishes than in previous works. What’s more, the trailer at the very end promises to be released next year, which would close the uncomfortably long five-year and Switch would receive another of a number of highly anticipated titles.

The broadcast of the gameplay trailer is accompanied by the words of development leader Hideki Kamija, who in his message first apologizes for the long wait. After all, the long time between the announcement and the first specific information about the game is also reflected in the introduction of the trailer by the protagonist herself, who also apologizes for being gone for so long. But now he promises his fans everything they ever wanted, which is fondly accompanied by his typical wink. “In four years, people must have been worried about what’s going on with Bayonetta 3 and asked if we were still really working on it,” Kamija recalls the awkward moments. “Like everyone else, they want to see Bayonetta 3 as soon as possible, and we were eager to show it to you,” adds PlatinumGames CEO, expressing great pleasure that this moment has finally come. He also adds that the impressions of the players will undoubtedly give the development team more energy and that the fans should look forward to another secret that the game will gradually reveal.

As for the game as such, fans comment on the appearance of the main heroine. The always stylish Umbra Witch looks a little different, but the original designer Mari Šimazaki took care of its new look. “This time, Bayonetta will literally dance into the fight and look even more elegant than ever before,” says Kamija in a post on the studio’s official website. And we have to agree with him, given the pair of braids and her dance skills in the second part of the video. It is through dance that she most likely controls the great demons that appear on stage as her summons. At such moments, the camera moves away properly to capture the entire scene, but still lets the little heroine stand out even at that moment, who certainly does not spare messages and she continues to actively enter the fight.

Even that will probably be part of Kamija’s current promise that the game will exceed whatever players have dreamed over the years, no matter how big their expectations are. And the fact remains that over 500,000 views in ten hours indicate how much fans are looking forward to Bayonetta’s return. It will be played exclusively on the Nintendo Switch and we have no doubt that from now on, the people of PlatinumGames will be more shared. In the past, they communicated around the game too did not go and for the last time Kamija explained that not everything was in their power. Finally, it is also important to add that although he himself oversees the development and formally leads it, his closest colleague Jusuke Mijata has become the creative director. Kamija described him as a long-term and trustworthy collaborator, but he did not forget to add that Mijata can sometimes be quite torn. And we guess that’s exactly what Bayonetta 3 needs.

We will bring you more information about yesterday’s Nintendo Direct broadcast in a separate article.
