Acclaimed Steam game coming to smartphones soon
A dystopian pixel-adventure has been delighting players on Steam for almost 10 years. The developer has now announced that smartphone gamers will soon be faced with the difficult decisions of Papers, Please.
Steam favorite coming soon to smartphones
The border protection simulation Papers, Please is a real Steam classic. Since its release in August 2013, numerous players have ventured into the dystopian world of Arstotzka just for the sake of it moral questions and momentous decisions to be asked. Developer Lucas Pope has now also announced on Twitter that Papers, Please will also be released for Android and iOS devices on August 5, 2022.
Papers Please with new interface for small screens
In his tweet, Pope describes the smartphone version as “Papers, Please, but in small”. In terms of content, the game should have the same scope as the previously released versions. The greatest effort consisted of adapt the interface to the smartphone. All important information should be clearly visible immediately without having to zoom in. Anyone who has also already purchased Papers, Please for the iPad does not have to reach for their wallet again.
