Do you want to get fit for the summer, but it shouldn’t cost too much effort? Then influencer Kelly Beukers has a handy – and above all fun – workout for you. Only takes ten minutes.

All you need is a sports mat and a partner (or a dear friend/neighbor/brother). Some perseverance is also useful, because you have to sweat a lot. Push-ups, squats and sit-ups: Kelly Beukers and her friend Rory will get you through it. Oh, and that it is also good for your relationship, they show in this video.
