Husqvarna engine but for your toddler
Husqvarna launches STACYC’s 12eDrive and 16eDriveTM with a motorbike for your toddler.
If you want to ride through the dirt on your dirt bike at the weekend and want to bring your children with you, that is not always a good idea. But from now on. Your toddler aged 3 to 5 can use the 12eDrive and his older brother or sister up to the age of 8 can use the 16eDrive.
Sand bites for the whole family.
Besides the fact that it is of course cool to plow through the sand as a little one, from now on it is also didactic. According to Husqvarna, riding these electric two-wheelers is the way to master the basics of balance and control on two wheels. Thrills and thrills are delivered via a twist-action throttle, just like the motorized big brother. To get into it, you can gas up the dunes in training mode up to a maximum of 8 kilometers per hour and in advanced mode up to 14 kilometers per hour. The larger 16eDrive has three modes and is capable of speeds of up to 21 kilometers per hour.
Like a boss, the kids turn the throttle that delivers linear power. In this way they learn from an early age how something like this works. The batteries last for a maximum of 60 minutes, depending on the height of the pile of sand they are trying to conquer. The smallest weighs only 7.7 kilograms and the larger 9. Including battery. Learned young is done old, before you know it they are at the start of Le Dakar. Of course you can also go on an e-bike with grandparents, because they have been buying an electrically powered two-wheeler for some time now.
Save some money, the 12eDrive will cost you a good 850 euros, the 16eDrive almost 1,000 euros. But a child’s smile is priceless.
