Stilride is a startup that works according to the Japanese origami principle. This electric scooter has been created on the basis of a minimalistic, yet functional design. The vehicle is durable and made from recycled stainless steel. The electric scooter has a power of 11 kW, which is equal to a power of 125 cc.
The Swedish startup claims a driving range of more than 120 kilometers. For the Dutch market, it is always worth checking how the RDW assesses such a vehicle. In any case, with a top speed of 100 km/h, it is obvious that a license plate is required, including active insurance. Otherwise you are not allowed to use it on the public road.
The electric two-wheeler is mounted on large 13-inch Goodyear all-terrain tires. It is still unknown what the durable Stilride SUS1 will cost. It is clear that the Swedish company has in mind a market launch in Europe before the end of 2022.
