Although competition in the form of HBO Max and Disney Plus is still higher, the American corporate is behind its product and is slightly more expensive. It’s about so far only users in the US and Canada, but it is to be expected that something similar will happen in Europe.
The price for Netflix is still acceptable. But it is rising more regularly
The base rate, which was originally $ 8.99, was raised to $ 9.99, the HD rate was raised from $ 13.99 to $ 15.49, and the highest 4K rate was raised from $ 17.99 to $ 19.99. At the same time, we saw an increase in the prices of individual tariffs already in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020.
In our opinion, the prices are still acceptable. Netflix produces a large number of its own series a year, with dozens of high-quality films that are constantly changing, all without commercials or other annoyances.
