The Belgians have been waiting for it for a while, they can now enjoy Siri on their Apple TV with several choices for Belgium. This is explained by the different languages that are spoken in the country of our neighbors.

The debut of Siri in Belgium on Apple TV
People in Belgium who have an Apple TV have received a notification asking them to activate Siri. They have several choices including “French (Belgium)” and “Dutch (Belgium)”. And if the notification does not appear in your home, you can try to go to the settings of tvOS to choose the language.
Until now, Belgians who wanted to take advantage of the voice assistant had to go through an Apple account from France. This is no longer necessary, they can directly use their Belgian Apple account.
Reportedly, the option is available now for those who have tvOS 15.2. People who are currently beta testing tvOS 15.3 also have access to the option.
Apple website does not yet mention the availability of Siri in Belgium from Apple TV. We can therefore suspect that the availability is very recent. Or Apple is doing tests with some handpicked users, before a larger rollout.
In any case, this arrival of the voice assistant could mean the upcoming launch of the HomePod mini in Belgium. The country still does not have the connected speaker, just like Switzerland for that matter. The situation should change in 2022.
