Usually, the high-end models of OnePlus were announced in March, but that would now have been brought forward, as is clear from the message on the Chinese network. The message only states; “OnePlus 10 Pro, see you in January”.

This suggests that OnePlus is pushing the 10-series announcement forward to next month. It may want to take a lead on Samsung, which will show the Galaxy S22 series in February. However, it is still the question whether the announcement of OnePlus will immediately be worldwide, or whether the brand will only keep the announcement for the Chinese market in January.
