GTA 3: Import-Export Crane – Locations for Rhino, FBI, Enforcer etc.

In the port area of ​​Portland you can bring emergency vehicles to the import-export crane in GTA 3 Definitive Edition 7 and earn money and later permanently unlock powerful vehicles such as the Rhino tank, the Enforcer or the FBI car. At this point we show you the locations for all emergency vehicles.

Rhino (tank)

Of the Rhino tank is the most powerful vehicle in the game and therefore difficult to get unless you are not afraid to use the GTA 3 cheats. The following methods of procurement are available:

• If you don’t want to wait for the story and don’t want to use cheats, the only option for the Rhino is, to build a 6-star wanted level. Then rhinos appear wanting to kill you. But be careful: Without proper weapons, armor and adrenaline pills, you will likely die before you can hijack a tank. So collect the hidden packages and complete the paramedic missions to unlock the appropriate tools.

FBI car

The FBI car only shows up at a 5-star wanted level. Similar to the Rhino, you first have to create chaos in order to collect enough stars. Prepare yourself accordingly and collect hidden packages or complete the paramedic missions in order to unlock aids such as more weapons, hearts, armor and adrenaline pills in hiding places. There are four agents in each FBI vehicle that you should take out first. Then get in the car to take it to the crane.

Tip: By completing 20 vigilante missions on each island, you can unlock up to six bribes in hiding places. Collect these after the FBI cars show up so that you are no longer followed and you can take the car to the crane in peace.

Enforcer (police van)

Of the Enforcer is a police van that moves out at a 4-star wanted level. However, it is much easier to get hold of. Simply go to the police station in Torrington on the second island of Staunton Island.

Here is an enforcer in the locked back yard. In order for the gate to open to the courtyard, you have to be at the wheel of a police vehicle yourself. For this purpose, a police car is parked in the parking lot in front of the police station, which you can use for this purpose. Alternatively, it is also possible to jump onto the narrow stone edge on the right in front of the entrance to the district and thus overcome the gate.

Barracks OL (army truck)

Of the Army truck Barracks OL should not be confused with the visually similar flatbed that drives around all over Liberty City. The Barracks OL normally only shows up at a 6-star wanted level, but you can get it more easily after you’ve completed Ray Machowski’s mission “The Arsenal”.

Police car

Police cars can be found all over Liberty City. Two parked in front of the Portland View Police Station near the port.
